RITES has informed that Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of Atul Singh, PED /ME(PU)/W&I, Railway Board (DIN: 11747888) on 05.06.2026 as part time Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effective from 29.05.2026 i.e. Date of allotment of DIN till he holds the post of PED/ME(PU)/W&I, Railway Board, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. In compliance with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular no. NSE/CML/2018/02 dated June 20, 2018, and as per the confirmation received from Atul Singh, confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. A brief resume of Atul Singh and other details as per applicable SEBI Circular are attached as Annexure-A. The updated list of Directors of the Company as on June 05, 2026 is placed as Annexure-B.
