Greenply Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Greenply Sandila has made total investment of Rs 45 lakh in equity shares, representing 26% of total equity, of Albano Solar for developing a group captive power generation facility in the state of Uttar Pradesh, having a capacity of 1.5 MW (AC).
The said power will be used by the Greenply Sandila for its manufacturing unit situated at Sandila Industrial Area, Raiso, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.
Greenply Industries (GIL) is engaged in manufacturing plywood. Greenply Industries is India's largest interior infrastructure company.
