Moongipa Capital Finance has executed strategic agreements with Codemodulu Financial Investment Services (MoneyAse) and Quess Corp /BCPL for strengthening its digital lending business.
Under these arrangements, the company will leverage the MoneyAse digital platform for customer sourcing, digital onboarding and loan servicing support, while all lending decisions, credit appraisal, sanction, pricing, disbursement and regulatory compliance shall remain exclusively with the company. The collaboration will also facilitate digital lending solutions to eligible employees of the Quess Group through a technology-enabled platform.
The above strategic arrangements are expected to enhance the company's digital lending capabilities, expand customer reach and improve operational efficiency in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
