Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulation’), Rhetan TMT has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has at its meeting held today, Saturday, June 06, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm, held at registered office of the Company, approved the appointment of Tanuj Jain, Qualified Company Secretary (Membership No. A80781), as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 06, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) read with SEBI Circular No. H0/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-PODZ/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is attached as Annexure-A. Tanuj Jain will also be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange with effect from her date of appointment.
