Syschem India has informed that it enclosed a copy of Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the shareholders for the items as mentioned in the Notice of Postal Ballot of the Company. In accordance with the Circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, from time to time, Postal Ballot Notice is being only in electronic form to members whose email id registered with their depository participants in case of electronic shareholding of the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (in case of Physical shareholding) and whose name are recorded in the registrar of members. The Company has also made arrangement for those members who have not yet registered their email to get the same registered by following the procedure prescribed in the Notice.
