Medi Caps has informed that Hemant Sethi had tendered his resignation vide his resignation letter dated 03.06.2026 from the post of Chief Financial Officer and KMP of the Company with effective from close of business hours on 06th June, 2026. In view of the above, he also ceased to be the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized to determining the materiality of any event or information and to make disclosures to the stock exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from the close of business hours on June 6, 2026. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. The Board of Directors of the Company placed its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by Hemant Sethi to the Company during his tenure. A copy of the resignation letter received from Hemant Sethi containing detailed reasons for their resignation is being enclosed.
