In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Avantel has informed that the Company has received a contract dated June 8, 2026, from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the Development and Testing of Satellite Terminals for GSAT. The total value of the said contract is Rs 9.94 Crores, inclusive of applicable taxes. In line with the SEBI circular dated September 9, 2015, read with the circular dated July 13, 2023, the details of the said Purchase Order are enclosed.
