In reference to intimation filed on June 02, 2026 regarding the grant of 2,74,214 stock options under Billionbrains Garage Ventures Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. Billionbrains Garage Ventures has informed that due to an inadvertent error, the date of grant of stock options was mentioned as June 01, 2026 in the aforesaid intimation. The correct date of grant of stock options is June 02, 2026. Except for the aforesaid correction in the date of grant, all other details contained in the earlier intimation remain unchanged. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A.
