Aditya Birla Capital has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of 60,177 Equity Shares of the face value of ?10/- each on 10 June 2026 pursuant to exercise of Stock Options / Restricted Stock Units/ Performance Stock Units under ABCL Scheme 2022. All the said Equity Shares will rank with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from ? 26,217,928,870 (i.e. 2,621,792,887 equity shares of face value of ?10/- each) to ? 26,218,530,640 (i.e. 2,621,853,064 equity shares of face value of ?10/- each).
