A Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed between the parties which restricts the Company CapitalNumbers Infotech Ltd to disclose the name of the entity awarding the order. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended read with Regulation 30 of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached and marked as Annexure I to this letter.
