Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7C) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the copy of the resignation letter submitted by Ashutosh Agarwal confirming that, there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned by him is enclosed. The other details as required under Regulation 30 - Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations with respect to above mentioned resignation are enclosed.
