Centum Electronics has informed that it enclosed the newspaper advertisement published in ‘The Business Standard’ (English Newspaper) and ‘Prajavani’ (Kannada Newspaper) on 11th June, 2026 as required to be given under Rule 6(3)(a) of Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, indicating the proposed transfer of equity shares to IEPF Authority of such Shareholders who have not claimed the dividend amount payable to them, since last seven consecutive years commencing from the date of declaration of Final Dividend 2018-19. This is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
