GSP Crop Science has informed that the Company has on June 11, 2026, at around 11:30 PM, completed the acquisition of the balance 21% of equity stake i.e. 31,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each from the existing shareholder of GSP Intermediates, a subsidiary of the Company. Consequent to the Completion of aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in GIPL has increased to 100% and GIPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
