GSP Crop Science has completed the acquisition of the balance 21% of equity stake i.e. 31,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each from the existing shareholder of GSP Intermediates (GIPL), a subsidiary of the Company. Consequent to the completion of aforesaid acquisition, the company's shareholding in GIPL has increased to 100% and GIPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

GSP Crop Science is a research-driven agrochemical company, specializing in the development and manufacturing of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulators in India.
