In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of earlier intimations regarding the temporary shutdown of the Phenol plant of HOCL Kochi unit to carry out the statutory testing of BPCL LPG supply cross country pipeline, Hindustan Organic Chemicals has informed that the Phenol Plant has been reopened with effect from 12th June 2026 for commercial production.
