In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Dhruv Consultancy Services has informed that the company, has received the ‘Letter of Acceptance’ for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for Construction Supervision of 2 Lane Rail over bridge at level crossing no.-227C/2T at Km 1322/12-14 near Rasoolpur- Gogumau at Jhansi-Kanpur Railway Section, North Central Railway in District Kanpur Dehat by U.P. STATE BRIDGE CORPORATION , KANPUR (The Authority). The Company has been appointed for the project via Letter No. 780/BR-1/ROB-227T/2026-2027 dated 11th June 2026 and received by the company on 12th June 2026, for consultancy fees of Rs. 30,14,268/- excluding GST, Payable as per applicable Govt. rule. The Company is required to furnish the Performance security deposit within 10 days of receipt of LOA and complete the contract agreement as per the Bid document. The Duration of the project is 12 months. Declaration as per Section V-A of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, as modified by circular number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure- A.
