Hinduja Ventures has received an in-principle approval for investment in Hinduja Energy (India) by way of acquiring equity shares from Grant Investrade, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 11, 2013 has approved for the same.

Formerly known as Hinduja TMT, Hinduja Ventures is part of the Hinduja Group companies. This is an outsourcing company that provides IT services and BPO/contact center services to customers.
