Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, LT Foods has informed that the company is in the process of incorporating a new wholly owned subsidiary of LT Foods, to be named LT FOODS AUSTRALIA PTY (‘Wholly Owned Subsidiary’). In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the disclosures related to the proposed subsidiary are enclosed as Annexure – I to this letter.
