Ipca Laboratories and Bhami’s Research Laboratory (BRL) have entered into a definitive global licensing agreement. Under the agreement, the company has been granted access to BRL's proprietary high-concentration subcutaneous biologics delivery platform for the development and commercialization of multiple monoclonal antibody products targeting oncology and inflammatory diseases. Further, BRL will receive defined milestone fee pertaining to the Technology Transfer and Royalty on net sales upon commercialization of the product.
