20 Microns has incorporated an overseas step-down subsidiary by name Guizhou Twenty Microns International Trade Co., in the People’s Republic of China.
The said entity has been incorporated by 20 Microns Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with the objective of strengthening the company’s international business presence and supporting its trading, import-export and allied business activities in the People’s Republic of China.
The company is engaged in Business of Industrial Micronised Minerals and Speciality Chemicals.
