Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder, Trident Lifeline has informed that it enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot and Remote e-Voting, together with Explanatory Statement thereto, seeking approval of members of the Company by passing Special Resolutions through Postal Ballot process by way of Remote e-Voting only. The aforementioned Notice is being sent through electronic mode today, June 15, 2026, to all the Members, who have registered their email addresses with the Company/Depositories/Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company - MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime India) and whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Friday, June 05, 2026 being the cut-off date. The same is also available on the website of the Company at www.tridentlifeline.com. The Remote e-Voting period will commence on 09:00 am (IST) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 and ends at 05:00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and the result thereof will be declared on or before Friday, July 17, 2026.
