Shriram Pistons & Rings has informed that Pankaj Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, had tendered his resignation vide letter dated March 27, 2026 due to personal reasons. The Management of the Company accepted his resignation, and he was relieved of his duties and responsibilities from the closure of business hours on June 15, 2026 (i.e., last working day). Details in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended from time to time, are given in Annexure I to this letter and a copy of the resignation letter is also enclosed as Annexure II.
