The Board of Directors has taken note of the resignation and accepted the same with effect from 15th June, 2026 Consequently, she shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from the said date. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by her during the tenure of employment. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and shall inform the stakeholders upon such appointment.
