With reference to earlier intimation dated 30th May 2026 regarding the resignation of Shilpa Soni from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Jagsonpal Services has informed that Shilpa Soni is being relieved from her position and duties effective from 15th June 2026 (close of business hours). Except for the change in the effective date of her cessation, all other disclosures, including the reasons for resignation and the resignation letter submitted by Shilpa Soni as disclosed in the intimation dated 30th May 2026, remain unchanged and hence not repeated here.
