Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that, Chinmoy Das, has tendered his resignation from the position of Whole-Time Director of the Company vide email dated today, June 16, 2026 at 11:18 am (IST), due to personal reasons. His resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. Consequently, Chinmoy Das shall also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company and the Occupier of the factories, with effect from June 30, 2026.
