Tata Communications has informed that 40th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Tata Communications (‘Company’) will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 11:00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34(1) and 53(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we are enclosing herewith the Integrated Annual Report along with the Notice of the 40th AGM and other Statutory Reports of the Company for FY 2025-26. The same is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) / Depositories. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending a letter to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company / RTA / Depositories, providing the web-link and QR code for accessing the Integrated Annual Report on the Company’s website.
