Further to its intimation dated 29th May, 2026 regarding the appointment of Amit Arora (DIN: 11746165) as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (CEO & MD) of the Company, as approved by the Board of Directors, Shree Digvijay Cement Company has informed that Amit Arora has joined the Company as CEO & MD with effect from today, 17th June, 2026. The appointment remains for a period of 5 years, subject to approval of the shareholders, and he continues to be designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 remain unchanged as provided in Annexure I of its earlier intimation dated 29th May, 2026.
