Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Harshdeep Hortico has informed that Shankar Keshava Vailaya (DIN: 00090509) Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company vide their resignation letter dated June 16, 2026, has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from June 16, 2026, due to personal reasons. It has also further informed that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than the reasons as mentioned above. The Company has accepted their resignation and they shall be relieved from their responsibility with effect from June 16, 2026.
