NBCC (India) has successfully sold commercial built-up space of around 7.08 lakh sq. ft area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 2,857 crore. The company will receive 1% of the sale value as a marketing fee.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
