Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that Mahindra Blossom Developers (MBLDL), has received Transfer of Rights (TOR) Registration Certificate from KRERA bearing registration no. TOR/PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/260615/008348. The same was received on June 15, 2026 at 05:47 pm. The original RERA was received in December 2025 and was communicated to SE on December 17, 2025. The details of the Project registered with RERA is available at www.rera.karnataka.gov.in. The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are same as disclosed in our letter dated December 17, 2025.
