Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of 98,124 equity shares of Rs 2 each to eligible employees pursuant to the exercise of options under the employee stock option scheme. The Company will make an application for the final listing of the aforesaid shares on the NSE and BSE to complete the remaining issue-related formalities.
