Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Take Solutions has enclosed the details of voting results in respect of the Postal Ballot conducted through remote e-voting and Postal Ballot Forms for the resolutions set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 13, 2026. They are also enclosing the Scrutinizer's Report dated June 17, 2026 issued by Hemang Satra & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, on the Postal Ballot process conducted through remote e-voting and Postal Ballot Forms. The resolutions set out in the Postal Ballot Notice have been passed by the Members with the requisite majority and shall be deemed to have been passed on June 16, 2026, being the last date specified for receipt of Postal Ballot Forms and completion of remote e-voting. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer's Report are also being uploaded on the Company's website and on the website of CDSL.
