DMR Engineering has incorporated subsidiary company by name DMR Services in Thimphu, Bhutan, under the Corporate Regulatory Authority of Bhutan. DMR Engineering holds a 70% shareholding in DMR Services. Accordingly, DMR Services has become a Subsidiary of the Company upon its incorporation.
DMR Services is engaged in the business of providing engineering and technical consultancy services. The object of the company is to expand its business by providing engineering and technical consultancy services in Bhutan. The business of DMR Services is in line with the main line of business of the company.
DMR Engineering (Formerly known as DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures) leverages Experience and Core Expertise in Design and Engineering to offer Concept to Commissioning services throughout the lifecycle of projects in infrastructure sectors.
