DMR Engineering has informed that, due to an inadvertent error in Table Point No. 1(iv) relating to the paid-up capital, it has attached the revised intimation. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), they further informed that a company named DMR Services has been incorporated in Thimphu, Bhutan, under the Corporate Regulatory Authority of Bhutan. DMR Engineering holds a 70% shareholding in DMR Services. Accordingly, DMR Services has become a Subsidiary of the Company upon its incorporation. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
