Regal Entertainment & Consultants has informed that, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window (i.e. period to deal in the securities of the Company) will remain closed from 1st July 2026 till the 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein the approval of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th June 2026, would be considered by the Board.
