Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) (‘the Code’) of the Company, Sagar Systech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives is being closed with effect from 01st July, 2026. Accordingly, all the insiders (including Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons) and their immediate relatives and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
