In furtherance of its disclosures dated 26 September 2025, 5 February 2026, and 19 February 2026, regarding the reorganisation involving Bennett Coleman and Company (‘BCCL’), a promoter of the Company, and Times Horizon (a wholly owned subsidiary of BCCL) (‘THPL’) through a scheme of arrangement, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Entertainment Network (India) has informed that the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (‘MIB’), vide its letter dated 19 June 2026, has approved the proposed change in the ‘Largest Indian Shareholder’ of the Company from BCCL to THPL.
