Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aurobindo Pharma has informed that: The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) conducted a PAI at Eugia Steriles (a 100% subsidiary of Eugia Pharma Specialities and a stepdown subsidiary of the Company), situated at Parawada Mandal, Anakapalli District, Andhra Pradesh, from June 10, 2026, to June 19, 2026. The inspection concluded with 5 observations and will be responded to within the stipulated time. The Company is committed to maintaining the highest quality manufacturing standards at all of its facilities across the globe. The company will keep the stock exchanges informed if there is any further information relating to the above in the future. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as ‘Annexure’.
