Sandu Pharmaceuticals has informed about sad demise of Umesh Sandu (DIN:01132141), Promoter and Managing Director of the Company, on Friday, 19th June 2026. The Company has immensely benefitted from his vision and active participation in various Committee Meetings and Board Meetings during his tenure. Consequent to his demise he ceases to be Member of Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Umesh Sandu’s (DIN:01132141) sudden and unexpected demise will be irreparable loss to the Company. The Chairman, and all the Directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family members.
