Milestone Furniture has informed that the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company by the directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from June 20, 2026 till 48 hours after the public announcement/disclosure of the outcome of the proposed corporate action. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The reopening of the Trading Window shall be communicated separately, if required, and in any event shall be after expiry of 48 hours from the public disclosure of the outcome of the said corporate action.
