Ipca Laboratories has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2026 of the financial year 2026-27. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said unaudited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time.
