Milkfood has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, 22.06.2026, has allotted 12,18,000 equity shares to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options of the Company under the Milkfood Stock Option Plan 2024 (‘MILKFOOD ESOS 2024/PLAN, SCHEME’). These shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. With this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 12,79,80,900/- divided into 2,55,96,180 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each. Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.00 am and concluded at 11.00 am.
