PTC India Financial Services has informed that the Board of Directors has extended tenure of Devesh Singh, as Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a further period of two years with effect from 26th June 2026. He shall continue to be Key Managerial Personnel & Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company. Shri Devesh Singh was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of the Company in 2019, initially for a 2-year term (2019-2021), and was subsequently re-appointed for a 5-year term with effective from 26th June 2021, reflecting strong confidence in his capabilities. Relevant details on the above as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
