Wellness Noni has received an approval for the merger of Noni Biotech, a promoter group company with the company with effect from April 01, 2014 subject to necessary approvals. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 12, 2013 has approved for the same.
Further, the board had appointed a sub-committee for finalize the scheme of merger of Noni Biotech with the company.
Wellness Noni is engaged in the business of finance and investments. The company focuses on the forex business and to some extent in securities trading activities.
