Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, JSL Industries has informed that it attached copy of final reminder letter dated 22/06/2026 sent to the concerned shareholders for claiming shares from Unclaimed Suspense Account on or before 04/11/2026. The above reminder letter is sent to the shareholders whose shares are liable for transfer to the IEPF Authority. This is pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended. A notice to this effect will also be published in the newspapers on 24th June, 2026. The copies of which will be submitted in due course.
