Oswal Greentech has received approval to incorporate a subsidiary company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), subject to obtaining necessary approvals and compliances under applicable laws and regulations. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 22, 2026, has approved the same.
The proposed subsidiary aims to expand the company's business presence internationally and undertake development of land, residential and commercial properties in UAE and other permitted activities.
Oswal Greentech is continuously engaged in trading and development of real estate projects. Further, it also lends its surplus funds as interest bearing inter-corporate deposits.
