ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality has informed that in compliance with the ‘ECOS Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’ framed pursuant to the Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Equity shares by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive). The date of meeting of the Board of Directors where unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 are to be considered will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated persons along with immediate relative are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
