Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 and clarification given by BSE vide its letter ref no LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2,2019 regarding trading restrictions period, Sandu Pharmaceuticals has informed that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01 July 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 for Directors, KMPs, Promoters And Promoters Group and Designated Persons ,Immediate Relative etc covered under the Code. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Un Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
