Spectacle Infotek’s subsidiaries namely Amsol Inc., USA and United Consultancy Services Inc., USA have ceased to be subsidiaries of the company with effect from September 18, 2013. This is pursuant to allotment of further equity shares by said subsidiaries resulting in reduction of the company’s shareholding to 37% from the earlier shareholding of 55% in both the companies and accordingly both the companies have ceased to be subsidiary of Spectacle Infotek.
Spectacle Infotek incorporated in 1985, achieved prominent growth in various sectors and is a veteran in the industry after 24 years of long successful journey in varied sectors. The company added IT & ITeS to its main objectives and expanded its horizons towards IT & ITeS sector.
