Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, B2B Software Technologies has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.07.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Board Meeting will be scheduled, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
